They create exquisite dishes that can stand alone on their gastronomic merits without the kind of environmental cost that is often associated with luxury event catering. By partnering with Lettice Events to create a fully vegan menu, we expect to reduce the per-guest carbon footprint from food by 63%.*

  Your 2024 Alexander dining experience includes:

  With a striking appearance and fantastic variety, Twilight Trees produce reusable artificial trees, specifically designed to decorate luxury event spaces. They put a strong emphasis on sustainability, with each of their trees being designed to suit many events and the materials being recycled into new products when they reach the end of their life. By replacing flowers with reusable alternatives, we have reduced the overall carbon footprint from floristry by 38%.

  Your 2024 Alexander floristry experience includes: 

  Six beautiful pom trees for six dining tables. 6 x pom trees for 6 dining tables

  Six trees for the ceremony and front entrance.

  Two large trees at the foot of Hedsor front steps.

  Tree choices are seasonal, and we would recommend the following options:

  For spring: pink blossom poms for tables and pink Japanese or apple blossoms for the ceremony.

  For summer: white blossom poms for tables and white Japanese or apple blossoms for the ceremony or Tig poms for dining tables and mid tigs for the ceremony.

  For autumn: Gold poms for dining tables and mids for the ceremony plus grande LED autumn maple for the steps.

  For winter: mini Christmas trees for the tables and frosted Christmas trees for the ceremony plus grande LED white maple for the steps.

They have a firm focus on sustainability, employing strategies to maximise the efficiency of their equipment and powering the majority of it with batteries that are charged from solar energy.

  All wireless lights are solar-charged:

  Wireless uplighting to the centre hall (ground floor, balcony and ceiling)

  Wireless uplighting to the Willingdon bar

  Wireless uplighting to Entrance hall

  Wireless colour wash to the front facade

  Battery-powered PA system (8-hour run time)

  Black and white chequerboard, plain white or plain black dance floor

  Star-clothed DJ booth or necessary staging for a band (band not included)

They choose organic, seasonal and Fairtrade ingredients, create almost zero waste, donate two percent of every cake sale to two specially selected charitable organisations and offset all their emissions. You can expect a beautiful masterpiece customised to your preferred tastes, with the option to choose a fully plant-based cake.

  A personal design consultation for two guests.
