It allows you to relax, knowing absolutely everything is in hand on your big day, leaving you free to enjoy yourselves without a care in the world.
Having an expert managing the coordination in the run-up to your event not only gives you more time to focus on the fun stuff but gives you the confidence to know nothing is overlooked.
The Finishing Touch Gold and Silver packages give the Duty Manager time to focus on event delivery itself, leaving the co-ordinator free to be dedicated to the couple.
Six weeks before, including on-the-day co-ordination – £1,500 + VAT
The final few weeks before your wedding can be quite intense, and it’s at this point that many couples enjoy the added support that the Finishing Touch offers.
The Gold service offers hands-on help, including some out-of-hours support, from 6 weeks out. This includes complete supplier management and the creation of a personalised wedding schedule, along with dedicated personal assistance on the day itself (as below).
On-the-day co-ordination – £700 + VAT
Bridesmaids and Groomsmen are brilliant, but sometimes it’s useful to have the calming presence of a wedding specialist by your side on the big day!
With the Silver Finishing Touch a Hedsor Wedding Coordinator will meet you as you arrive in the morning, and stay by your side as needed, until your first dance. Quite simply, they will magic away any hiccups that arise, freeing you up to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.
