ARCADIA GROUP PLC - Topman Summer Festival - 2007

Hedsor House was the backdrop for the fantastic Topshop Topman festival this year. We entertained 1500 of our management to the party of the year enhanced by the beautiful setting utilising the gardens and the house featuring acts such as the Klaxons and Mark Ronson. The support and understanding  from the owners of the house was one of the main contributing factors which helped deliver our vision and in turn  the most successful conference to date.

ARCADIA GROUP PLC - TopShop Brand Conference - 2007

Hedsor House was the perfect setting for our annual Topshop / Topman Brand Conference. The theme for 2007 was all about mixing the incredible backdrop of a stately home and grounds with a devil-may-care party spirit of an impromptu rave. Activities were housed in tented structures dotted throughout the grounds and the home was fully converted with neon graphics and make-shift party spaces all in keeping with the rave theme. We had an amazing line up of acts - Mark Ronson, Klaxons, Boom Box, The Horrors, The Real Heat who kept 1,500 people entertained while the many bars and food stations around the venue fuelled party go-ers until midnight. Those brave enough to withstand the weather were then able to camp on site - our futuristic campsite was big enough to house 1,200 people.

The venue was a fantastic blank canvas to work with as the owners provided the flexibility and generosity to allow us to realise all of our crazy and creative ideas. We have received nothing but amazing feedback from our staff about the event and we would like to thank everyone at Hedsor House for their amazing hospitality and the opportunity to treat all our staff to an experience they will never forget.

Dear Mr. Shephard,

The press conference on the sustainability report as well as the press workshop with the launch of our Smart micro hybrid drive were both great successes.

Dr. Weber and all our media guests were delighted by this beautiful and exclusive venue. The Hedsor House is really a special place and made everyone feel comfortable, including ourselves.

New Line Cinema – The Golden Compass

From my first telephone conversation to the point of shaking hands with you as I said "goodbye" I could not imagine a more pleasant, helpful and professional experience. Hedsor House is a first-class location and our filming on "The Golden Compass" was extremely successful....I had to call on "The Hedsor Team" at all sorts of odd hours and the response was ALWAYS friendly, reliable and effective... I look forward to returning to Hedsor House...
