With 100 rooms creating 43,000 sq ft of usable space, Hedsor House is ideal as a film location. Filming is available inside and outside the property and in the surrounding 85 acre parkland.
Hedsor House contains:
- a Palladian Hall with overlooking balcony and magnificent glass dome above;
- a grand oak panelled ballroom;
- smoking room;
- 6 bedrooms on first floor with en-suite marble bathrooms;
- 13 bedrooms on second floor;
- beautiful sunken garden;

- main car park for 120 cars;
- private front drive and back drive;
- views over parkland;
- large croquet lawn and topiary hedge work;
- a 25 bedroom derelict annex.
Hedsor Park contains:
- 85 acres of privately owned parkland;
- open grassland and fields;
- rough woodland;
- Oak and Beech woodland;
- Rhododendron walks;
- a Lime Avenue;
- copious fields of daffodils and bluebells;
- a lake with an island;
- a large dry valley grazed by Highland cattle,
