1. Does Hedsor House have accommodation?
Hedsor House does not have accommodation, however there are many local hotels which we have good relationships and special rates with.
2. Does Hedsor House have in house catering?
Hedsor does not have in house catering facilities but does have 13 approved caterers that can cater for all needs. View the list here. We can however offer some delegate packages that include catering from one of our preferred caterers.
3. Can I have exclusive use at Hedsor?
You can book Hedsor on an exclusive use basis ensuring that you are the only party on site.
4. Can I bring my own drink to Hedsor and does Hedsor charge corkage?
You can bring your own drink and alcohol to Hedsor and we do not charge corkage. We do claim a nominal recycling fee of £2 per head for clients to leave all their empties on site and Hedsor will recycle. This is claimed back through the caterers.
5. How much does it cost to hire Hedsor
Costs can vary at different times of the year and different days. Rates for exclusive use hire of a weekend day are from £5,500 plus VAT.
6. Does Hedsor have disabled facilities?
Hedsor does not have disabled toilets or designated disabled access. There are ramps available which are to be used at the owners risk because they are not within the regulated gradient.
7. Can I have fireworks at Hedsor?
Yes you can have fireworks at Hedsor. These must be provided by Pyromania Displays and must be finished by 10.30pm.
8. Can I bring my own suppliers to Hedsor? You are free to bring some of your own suppliers but not others. You must use one of the preferred caterers unless you pay the £1000 plus VAT additional fee. We also restrict you to using our preferred marquee suppliers and fireworks supplier. We also prefer that you use production from our list and also prefer and recommend all other Hedsor approved suppliers.
9. Do I need a dance floor?
Yes. If you are having dancing you are required to put down a dance floor. Hedsor can recommend one of its production partners to supply this.
10. Does Hedsor supply staff?
Hedsor does not supply general event staff unless it's a corporate DDR package. For other events Hedsor has a House Manager on duty at all times. They do not get involved in running your event but oversee from a house perspective.
11. Can I land a helicopter at Hedsor?
Yes you can land a helicopter on the lawns. You must contact Heathrow air traffic control for further details.

12. Does Hedsor have furniture?
Hedsor has some general furniture around the house as well as banqueting furniture for up to 200 which is included in the hire price. Hedsor can recommend suppliers for additional furniture if required.
13. Is there a car park at Hedsor?
Yes Hedsor has 100 car parking spaces as well as an overflow car park field if needed.
14. Is confetti allowed at Hedsor?
We do not allow Confetti in the house. A very small amount may be thrown on the lawn only and this must be petals or biodegradable.
15. Can cars be left overnight?
We contract that cars are not allowed to be left, however we can be flexible on this. If there is an event the following day then all cars must be removed by 10.30am or they will be towed and charges will apply. If there is no event the following day then we are more flexible.
16. Is Hedsor licensed for civil weddings?
Yes Hedsor is licensed for civil weddings.
17. Can Hedsor provide AV equipment for conferences?
Yes Hedsor can provide AV for conferences and meetings.
18. Can coaches and double deckers get up the Hedsor driveway?
Yes coaches, double deckers and large lorries can get up the drive. Great care must be taken not to strike the front gates.
19. Is cleaning included in the hire?
Yes the normal hire fees include the house being contract cleaned before and after every event.
20. Who runs the events at Hedsor?
Events are run by an array of production companies, agencies and caterers. Most exclusive hires such as weddings will be run by one of Hedsors event caterers.
